If you notice an error in the app or have questions about how to use FamilyNotes, you can write to support directly from the app. Open the menu on the left, tap the Settings icon in the bottom righthand corner of the screen, and select Contact support.

You can also send an e-mail to:

In your e-mail, please indicate your:

• FamilyNotes account

• operating system (OS): iOS or Android

• the OS version number

• the FamilyNotes app version number

You can view the FamilyNotes app version number by opening the menu on the left, tapping the Settings icon in the bottom righthand corner of the screen, and selecting About the app.
