Adding notes to FamilyNotes

To add a photo note, tap the blue button on the main screen (if requested, grant the app access to the camera) and take a photo. If you like the photo and want to add it to your note, tap Use Photo. Tap Retake if you want to take a new photo.

To add a text note, tap and hold the blue button on the home screen, then select Text.

To add one or more categories, select the corresponding ones in the category scrolling menu. You can scroll the menu in both directions to quickly find the category you want. The number of selected categories is indicated next to the category icon. Selected categories are highlighted in yellow.

To change text formatting, tap Aa. The following text formatting modes and styles are available in FamilyNotes:

• Header

• Subheader

• Body

• Monospace

• Bold

• Italic

• Strikethrough

• Underline

• Numbered list

• Bulleted list

• Checklist
